One of the flagships of the Nissan brand is the Nissan Altima sedan. Upcoming later this year is the 2019 Nissan Altima, bearing a significant redesign since its previous 2018 model. Although not yet released, the 2019 Nissan Altima has premiered at auto shows and Nissan has made many data packets and photos concerning the new Altima available to the public. Therefore, we can see that the 2019 Nissan Altima comes not with a refreshed exterior, but also a huge array of new features and upgraded specifications!
How can we prove this assertion? Well, let's see how it compares to another popular sedan model that has just recently released. That would be the 2018 Mazda6. It's the 2019 Nissan Altima vs the 2018 Mazda6!
We don't yet have information regarding the fuel economy and trim level pricing of the upcoming 2019 Nissan Altima. You can expect that data to be made available closer to the fall 2018 release date of the 2019 Altima. However, we do have the engine specs available. Both in its standard engine and its upgraded engine, the 2019 Nissan Altima produces more horsepower. Additionally, the new 2L VC-Turbo engine is significantly more powerful, yet lighter, and more efficient, meaning that its fuel economy ratings will be significantly improved over the 2.5L inline 4 engine upgrade of the 2018 Nissan Altima.
As for features, so far we know that these additions will be available with the new 2019 Nissan Altima:
Intelligent All-Wheel Drive
Zero Gravity Seat Design
Intelligent Climate Control
Hill Start Assist
LED Projector Headlights and Fog Lights
Safety Shield 360
Advanced Drive Assist Display
